Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is the third generation of new concrete superplasticizer. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reduction rate, high strength, low shrinkage, low leakage and low slump loss. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has relatively good adaptability to different cements. Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer, the early and late strength of polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete increases faster, especially the late strength of high-strength concrete increases more obviously.

 

Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer produced by our company. Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a new type of green concrete admixture, which is very suitable for high strength concrete, high performance concrete, large volume concrete and high quality flow plastic concrete. PCE superplasticizer has the characteristics of reducing water, retaining slump, reinforcing, resisting shrinkage and environmental protection. In addition, it can also be combined with various admixtures to form multi-functional concrete admixtures, such as pumping agents, early strength agents, impermeable waterproofing agents, retarding agents, etc.

 

Product Features

(1) High water reduction rate: the product in the content of 015~03%(based on solid content), water reduction rate of 18~40%, can meet the needs of ultra-low water-cement ratio, high liquidity concrete, while saving cement 10~20%.

(2) Low slump loss: Long side chains of macromolecules are introduced into the synthesis process of this product, which inhibits hydration on the one hand and provides steric hindrance on the other hand, so that the slurry can remain plastic for a long time and has good slump retention.

(3) Excellent workability: The concrete prepared with this product has good workability, no segregation, no stratification, good cohesion suitable for long-distance transportation and pumping.

(4) High durability: This product uses free radical aqueous solution polymerization, chloride ion content is very small, only a small amount of alkali neutralization, alkali content is very low, alkali content and chloride ion content is relatively stable, low chlorine and low alkali can greatly improve the durability of concrete.

(5) Low shrinkage and anti-cracking: this product can reduce the heat of hydration, delay the heat release peak, suitable for large volume concrete, can effectively reduce the cracking caused by the temperature difference of hydration of concrete.

(6) Green environmental protection: This product uses free radical aqueous solution polymerization, the raw materials do not contain formaldehyde and other pollutants, no sewage wastewater discharge in the synthesis process, ultra-low environmental load, belongs to the new green environmental protection building materials.
