Stable operation of the system
1) The most important thing in the air handling system is to ensure that the heat exchanger has no leakage, and the compressed gas washes the tube bundle laterally in the shell stroke, due to the change of working conditions and the complexity of the flow state, the heat exchanger tube will always have a larger or smaller vibration, and the vibration of the single-fin heat exchanger tube is the most obvious, and our overall fin structure greatly reduces the vibration, ensuring the damage to the nozzle of the heat exchanger tube during operation
2) We use the spiral baffle design of the light tube, although the material cost is increased. However, it fully solves the problems of flowing dead zone in the heating or cooling process, which is manifested as uneven heat exchange and vibration of heat exchange tubes
3) Due to the large amount of heat exchange area designed, the temperature of the compressed gas is reduced to the greatest extent, the moisture content of the air is reduced, the dew point is low and stable, and the heating temperature can be automatically adjusted in the range of 40~50 degrees.
In the end, the whole system is delivered as a whole, and only needs to connect the inlet and outlet of compressed gas and the inlet and outlet of cooling water and circulating water, reducing the risk and cost caused by installation.
